Source
of potential moisture intrusion.
The picture to the right shows a gutter
filled over half way with dirt, mud, and small
pine cones. It was so thick I could barely move
the debris with my hands. It was most likely building
up for quite some time. Plugged gutters are one
of the leading causes of basement moisture. This
is an inexpensive improvement but if not done,
(and done on a regular basis), this condition
can result in an expensive clean-up from water
intrusion.
